1. Return Eligibility Window

You can request a return within 7 to 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following condition criteria:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must remain in its original, unopened packaging with all seals, tags, accessories, user manuals, and warranty cards intact.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation number) is strictly required for processing any return.

2. Covered Reasons for Return

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

• Defective or Malfunctioning: The product arrived non-functional or has a manufacturing fault.
• Damaged on Arrival: The box or product was visibly damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
• Incorrect Item: You received a different model, color, or item than what was ordered.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or software licensing rules:

• Products with tampered serial numbers or missing UPC codes.
• Opened software, digital downloads, or activated smart devices.
• Personal care electronics (e.g., trimmers, electric toothbrushes) once opened.
• Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to submit a return request:

1. Contact our customer support team at info@oneunitsale.com with your Order ID, clear photos or videos of the item, and the reason for return.
2. Once verified and approved, our support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and pickup instructions.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with all components and box inclusions.

5. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), Oneunitsale will cover all reverse pickup and courier charges. If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping fees may be deducted from the final refund amount.
